We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law and Residence Law, the contract is the only reference to determine whether the employer or the worker pay the visa expenses and the work card and the UAE ID. If the contract didn't mention that the employer pay the expenses, then the worker shall pay them and you can agree about the way of paying such as deducting from the monthly wage.
