We would like to inform you that according to the Labor Law and the Law of Residence in the UAE, it shall be granted NOC by the employer to change the work and extract a new visa free of charge, especially if the work has been terminated according to the law. The employer is obliged to provide the employee NOC without forcing him to pay any money, so you can go to the labor court and submit the complaint and explain the matter in detail for the purposes of legal actions and force the sponsor to refund the amount paid
