We would like to inform you that the employer is obliged to pay you for the notice period and work, and you cannot work for overtime without charge or fee. It is better to go to the labor office and submit the complaint
On the other hand, this is not related to the termination and notice period, meaning that you are entitled to have the cash equivalent to leaves allowance in addition to your work at notice period and until the end of the agreed period
So we advise to go to the Labor Office and to file a complaint against the employer and demanding all monetary rights for leaves allowance in addition to gratuity.
