Currently my apartment market price is 30,000/= and they charged 40,000/= and mentioned that I didnt pay from 11/04/2017 to 11/02/2018.But they sealed my flat on 02/01/2018 and I should pay from 11/04/2017 to 02/01/2018. And further building deposit and SEWA deposit should reduce.
