Hi i would like to inquire what would be the process and requirements if i want to sue a person who have false accusation agains me.

Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!We would like to inform you that if someone directs any false accusations against you, you can file a complaint at the police station to providing proofs that show the invalidity of those accusations. If the proofs were correct, this person will be punished with imprisonment and a fine or at least one of them.
Here is the text of the UAE Penal Code, concerning your inquiry:
Article 372:
punishment will be prison not more than 2 years or fine of 20 thousand dirhams. A penalty of imprisonment for a period of no more than one year or a fine or both, those who defame or insult another person in one of the public ways, in a way that shames his/her honor or his/her dignity without including a certain incident.
