We would like to inform you that in order to obtain compensation for injuries sustained during work, evidence must be provided that the accident occurred during work. You can use witnesses such as your colleagues at work or provide any evidence or other documents. In addition, according to the UAE Labor Law, if the accident leads to a total disability, the worker is entitled to compensation of between 18,000 AED and 35,000 AED.
Here is the text of the UAE Labor Law concerning your inquiry:
Article 151
The amount of compensation payable to a worker in the event of his permanent total disability shall be the same amount as that payable in the event of his death.
