We would like to inform you that if the work contract was terminated before 6 months since it was started, then you will not be able to transfer to a new employer. as the Ministry of Human Resources provided that to be able to transfer the sponsorship you have to get approval after passing 6 months at least, and the contract terminated amiably and legally between the employer and worker.
Therefore, we advise you to wait till 6 months passed since the contract started, and get written approval from the employer to transfer the sponsorship to another employer.
