We would like to inform you that Ecuador does not have an immigration program, and it depends on having a work contract with a company there which gives you the right to get a residence for work in Ecuador. And in order to obtain residence, you can obtain an entry visa to Ecuador for the purpose of tourism and search for a work during the visa period, and then, if you obtain a visa before the expiry of the visa, you have to leave Hong Kong, and then the employer should send you the work contract and work permit to your residence, so that you can check the concerned embassy in order to obtain a work visa.
