We would like to inform you that you may file a complaint at Tasheel office that follows the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation You will be assisted in visa cancellation procedures.
If you can't cancel your visa, there is called automatic cancellation of stay. Staying for more than six months outside the UAE automatically cancels your residence visa. You must deliver your UAE ID to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners' Affairs. And Foreigners Affairs to hand over UAE ID cards returned to the Emirates Identity Authority that issued the card
