We would like to inform you that we will cancel within several days for the residents in UAE, the law grants them 30 days to correct their situation and provide a new sponsorship or leave the country, and there is no fines during that period.
Once the allowed period end, then he must pay 125 AED for the first day and 25 for the next days.
it is known that the sponsor or any one presents him can cancel the residence visa, but the sponsored person can not do so without permission from the sponsor, and the residence cancellation occurred after the work contract cancellation.
Documents required
The following documents are required for cancellation residence visa through GDRFA:
· Cancellation form signed by the sponsor
· If the sponsor is a company or a firm, the cancellation form must be signed and sealed by the company stamp and a clearance certificate from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation must be attached
· The original passport of the sponsored
· Original identity card of the sponsored
· If the sponsored ones are out of the UAE, the sponsor may present the original passport or a computerized extract of their residence visas. (Kindly contact Naturalization and Residency Dept to get a computerized extract of the residence visa.)
