Is it possible that first sympthoms of menopause...
Is it possible that first sympthoms of menopause to occur since 44 yo. If answer is yes, is it possible that one of this sympthomes to be handshaking or heart palpitations?

What is the diagnosis of absent menses at age 44 ?
Amenorrhea or absent menses is defined as absent of menstrual cycle for at least three months after its regularity. Based on what you mentioned I advise to do some investigations because normal menopause is unlikely due to your age
What are the causes of secondary menopause?
Hormonal imbalances
Hormonal imbalance is the most common cause of secondary menopause. Hormonal imbalance can occur as a result of:
Tumors on the pituitary gland
Hyperthyroidism
Low levels of estrogen
High testosterone levels
Hormonal contraception can also contribute to secondary menopause. , Depo-Provera hormonal contraception, and hormonal contraception, may cause menstrual loss. Some medical treatments and drugs, such as chemotherapy and antipsychotics, can also lead to menopause.
Some cases, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), can lead to hormonal imbalances that lead to the growth of ovarian cysts. Ovulation bags are benign or non-cancerous lumps that develop in the ovaries.

Maybe i was not clear with my question,but what i wanted to find out is why a woman aged 44 can have for 4-5 days the blood pressure increased and as well palpitation.she acused that this started after having an EMS trial workout( electro muscle stimulation) which is impossible, as first session is very light and low on intensity, the devices are medical approved and completely save.EMS is a more intense method of exercises and never harm anybody's heart(any healthy individual). A cardiologist, folowing several check, (cardiogram, stress level test etc), suggested her to see a gynecologist and as well to stop immediately this type of workout. So my question is how a doctor can blame sport for her problem( she was healthy and said doesn't have any contraindications and now she doesn't have also high blood pressure.)Looking forward for your answer

You must do fsh lh and estrogen progestron to exclude out menopause
And do CBC to rule out anemia which cause palpitation
And do ECGto rule out atrial fibrillation or other abnormalities
