Hi.i am.providing fitness programs on a contract basis .each client before signing a contract has a trial session and based on that they decide either to join or not.i have this particular client which purchased a package but nevrr started it and after 1 or 2 weeks came to ask for a refund complaining about heart palpitations and being worried about her health.i explained that in the contract she signed its stipulated that no refund will be possible for any reason, but seeing her really worried i asked her to get a medical report and to send an email mentioning the reason for the refund.ahe sent the email and she got an answer in the same day that the procedure will take within 10-20 days.we tried to contact the doctor which made the report just for a confirmation because there is no prove that our type of workout can ever affect your heart( unless you have some medical contraindications for which she signed before that she doesn't suffer of any). As her doctor didn't wanted to talk to us the process has been delayed and we didn't gave her any answer yet( is 26 days since her request) and since yesterday her husband is coming in our gym being rude with all staff and threating us with his lawers and that he will come everyday and tell all our customers about us being thiev and scammers and so on which i am sure is not professional( he say is a ceo) and not sure if is even legal.

I wrote above.i also want to mention that we were about to refund 70% of the paid amount( 30% being retented for admin fees) but due the fact he was so rude i want to know if i can have any issues if i don't refund anything as per contract she signed
