We would like to inform you that if your spouse has terminated the employment contract legally, you can request to return her to your sponsorship once again with the following documents:

 - Marriage contract.

 - The passports of the sponsor and the sponsored.

 -  Salary certificate from the employer.

 - Copy of the contract of employment.

 - Tenancy contract for accommodation.

 Also, it is possible for the General Directorate of Residence to request any additional documents. Your application will be received and examined and the appropriate decision will be taken to accept or reject the application.
