We would like to inform you that the General Directorate of Residence Affairs in Kuwait stipulated that the sponsor's salary should not be less than 500 Kuwaiti Dinars in order to accept applications for visiting visas for parents or parents of husband or wife.
The new procedures gave the directors of the concerned departments the power to estimate the length of visits of parents, mothers and parents of a husband or wife as a family visit of 30 days or a tourist of 90 days, according to the sponsor's profession, circumstances and purpose of the visit.
It also allows hotel owners and travel agencies to apply for tourist visas on their sponsorship.
