 It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that you have to file a complaint against the employer at the Ministry of Human Resources and Settlement. The Ministry will try to consider and resolve the complaint within two weeks. If this is not possible, the matter shall be referred to the competent court.

If it is proven that the employer has breached his obligations and not tgrant your salary and delay in paying these salaries, he will be liable to pay these late salaries with your compensation and you can terminate your employment contract with the employer as long as the employer proves that he has breached his obligations and not pay to you

As either the employer or the domestic worker may terminate the contract if the other party fails to commit his obligations. The employer or the worker may terminate the contract even if the other party fulfills its obligations. This is called termination with the absence of error and subject to compensation as set forth in the law of the workers services.

And according to the new law, domestic workers are exempted from litigation fees at all stages, and workers' cases must be heard quickly.
