What about uae amnesty visa 2019

We would like to inform you that the amnesty time limit announced by the government expired in December 31, 2018 and wasn’t extended after that. Also, we can’t expect any announcement of a new amnesty time limit, because this decision is only done by the UAE Government.  ,  .

If the license of the company has expired, and the company is suspended, you can file a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources in order to request to transfer of sponsorship due to the suspension of the company. The Ministry of Human Resources will assign one of the inspectors to visit the headquarters of the company to make sure whether it is suspended or not. If it is confirmed that it has been suspended, you will be given permission to transfer the sponsorship.
