Can i resign during my probation days even my visa...

We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwait Labor Law,
Article (32)
The probation period of the worker shall be specified in the work contract, provided that it shall not exceed 100 working days. Either party may terminate the contract during the probation period without notice. In the event where the termination is made by the employer, he shall pay the worker’s end of service benefit for the period of work in the accordance of the provisions of this Law.
The worker may not be employed under the experience of the employer more than once, and the Minister shall issue a decision regulating the terms and conditions of work during the probation period.
Therefore, if the worker resigned, he has 30 days to transfer the sponsorship and correct the residence situation and get NOC from the sponsor, or he has to leave the country to avoid any fines and avoid putting him on the blacklist.
