We would like to inform you that In accordance with the Federal Labor Law, the maximum number of hours of normal work for adult workers shall be eight hours per day or forty-eight hours per week. The working hours may be increased to nine hours per day in the business, hotel, cafeteria and other works which may be added by a decision of the Minister of Labor and the daily working hours may be reduced for work that is exhausting or harmful to health by a decision of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. The normal working hours shall be reduced by two hours during the month of Ramadan. The working hours of the worker shall not be counted in the period between the place of residence and the place of work.
As for sick leave, if the worker spent more than three months after the end of the trial period in the employer's continuous service and was sick, he was entitled to sick leave of not more than 90 continuous or intermittent days for each year of service, calculated as follows:
A - The first fifteen days with full wages.
B. The next thirty days with half the wage.
C - the periods after which without pay.
