I would like to know how I can temporarily freeze...

We would like to inform you that you can go to the Economic Development Department and apply for the revocation of the license, not freezing or stopping it, especially if the procedure only cancels it.
· Fill in the registration form and the commercial license.
· Submit a copy of the commercial license.
· Cancellation of establishment card from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
· Obtaining the approval of the governmental bodies organizing the activity (only for economic activities requiring the approval of the governmental authorities organizing the activity in the process of revoking the license)
· Submit the above documents at the service delivery centers and obtain the certificate of cancellation of the commercial license.
· The cancellation fee of the individual institution is AED 1020.
The concept of freezing the work permit is different from the revocation of the license. In Dubai, companies can freeze their licenses for three years on condition that certain freeze fees are paid. On the other hand, the license freeze can not be extended for more than three years.
Here, the following conditions must be met to stop the company's registration:
· Preparing the final report of the company
· Prepare a message from the partners stating that no objection has been received for the degradation during the advertising period.
· Cancellation of establishment card from Ministry of Labor and Workers
· Cancellation of the presence of foreign partners located on the company
· Obtain approval from other government agencies that organize the activity
· Obtain the approval of the Ministry of Economy to erase the company's registration for private joint stock companies
· Obtain the approval of the Securities and Commodities Authority to erase the company's registration for public shareholding companies
· Submit the above documents in addition to the documents of the first stage to obtain the approval of the Department of Economic Development.
· A payment authorization is issued to obtain the delete of company's registration certificate, which can be received after paying the fees
