We would like to inform you that in order transfer money to pay for the purchased goods from outside the country, the Unit states to open these funds for the benefit of exporting parties only, and to ensure that the documents on imported goods are complete and contain a complete description of the goods and quantities.
Note that some countries producing goods imported to the country apply a strict control system shall be applied to documentary credits to prevent the transfer of funds through such credits over the amount of the value of the imported goods, to avoid using the surplus for illicit purposes, in such case that person who made accreditation will be responsible even after several years from the date of opening accreditation.
