We would like to inform you that according to Article 89 of the amended schedule of offenses annexed to the executive regulations of the Traffic Law and the conduct of two violations on traffic rules for visitors stipulates the below:

The first is "pedestrian crossing of the road other than the places designated for their crossing, if any.

The second "non-compliance by pedestrians with light signals", which did not exist previously, and a fine of 400 AED each.
