I recently got job offer through email from a semi...
I recently got job offer through email from a semi govt company in dubai which was labelled as indicative job offer as subject. I accepted the job offer through email providing all my educational and passport documents. This indicative offer through email is subject to approval by government. Attached documents included personal detail form, Non declaration form and visa firm. Nothing like proper job offer letter or any document from mol. Is it binding on me or i can still reject. Will i am suspectible to any employment ban if i reject now. which document or stage will make me legally binded

We would like to inform you that getting offer online in UAE doesn’t cause any ban if you refused the work. The ban will be issued if you signed a contract and get visa, then the employer can ask for compensation and the visa expenses and may report absconding against you. But if you accept the work offer online then that doesn’t cause any legal results.

Even in case of government entities issuing indicative job offer through email in uae?They usually do so to get approval from government later on. If they take approval from government and i dont accept it by signing job contract, can they impose any ban on me
