I have a stone in kidney and in VUJ

Regarding your question
 Treatment of kidney stone in VUJ:

• drinking of more than two liters of fluid per day
• taking drug like cialis that can dilate the ureter 
• in some cases you may need ureteroscope to extract it 

diagnosis of PUJ stone:

• urine analysis to see rbcs and WCBs in urine
• ultrasound to see stone in PUJ 
• CTU to see stone diameter at PUJ 

Symptoms of renal stones:

• painfull hemauria
• painfull micturation 
• frequency 
• urgency 
• burning micturation 

advice:

• you have to drink fluid and wait as it will pass spntanously.
• if it will not pass after three days you will do ureteroscope for extraction.
