Hi, I have delivered training to a KHDA accredited...
Hi, I have delivered training to a KHDA accredited training organization. Though there is no formal agreement between the training provider and me as a trainer on the trainer fee per day, I have mentioned in the email h daily rates prior to training. Can this be used in a court of law in the absence of an formal agreement. The conflict is the training provider is insisting on paying a particular rate, which has not been formally agreed. On the other hand, the trainer has documented his rate on the email
