 We would like to inform you that if you do not agree to settle your case in the labor court, the worker or employer can appeal the judgement at the court of appeal.
The case may take time between a month and two months.
Here is the text of the Qatari Labor Law relating to your inquiry:
Article (115 repeated / 6)
"The competent authorities have the right to challenge the decision issued by the Committee for Settlement of Labor Disputes before the competent department at the Court of Appeal within fifteen days from the date of the decision of the Committee if it is present or the day following the announcement of the decision if its decision was in absentia  unless the competent department decides otherwise.
The Court of Appeal shall hear the appeal promptly and shall decide it within thirty days from the date of the first hearing before it.
Only the competent department of the Court of Appeal may order the suspension of the implementation of the Commission's decisions."
