We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Law, if there is life ban against the husband, then he can’t return to the country. However, he can apply to the Minister of Interior with petition request and explain the situation and clarify that he has legal residence.
Note that ban doesn’t include the GCC so he can travel to any gulf country after getting visa.
