If the driving license expires, it can be renewed electronically in the UAE from the RTA website www.rta.ae or through its smart application. You can also renew your driving license through any of the seven outlets located in shopping malls or through 17 institutes Of the Driving Education Institutes located throughout Dubai or through nine accredited optics centers in Dubai. - For nonresident citizens

Original Emirates ID Card.

Fine payment receipt

Copy of passport with valid visa page.

Official authorization letter from the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates.

- Service Fees

100 AED licence renewal fee

20 AED knowledge and innovation fees

The license renewing delay fees is AED 10 per month, up to a maximum of AED 500.
