We would like to inform you that according to article 16 of the Rent Law in Dubai, the landlord shall be responsible during the rent period for the maintenance of the property and for the repair of any malfunction affecting the fulfillment of the intended purpose. If the landlord does not repair all the malfunctions, you may lodge a complaint against him at the Dispute Settlement Committee at the Land and Property Department in Dubai.
