I just want to ask if me I can apply also Visa to Canada and my husband is already in canada coming 4 years but for now he dont have visa because his company have to much complaint already in immigration but he pay to the lawyer of the company but they did not till them that the immigration will not give already any visa like visitor visa until he finish his 90 days staying now he dont have visa their please can you till us what more possible to help him

We would like to inform you that if you want to get visa to Canada, then you have to review the Canadian embassy where you reside and apply for visa and attach the following documents:
1. A copy of your valid passport for at least six months.
2. Personal photo as the passport photos.
3. A bank statement to guarantee the expenses of residence duration there.
4. Hotel Reservations “ ticket”
5. Air tickets “ round trip “
6. Health Insurance.
7. A certificate of Good Conduct.
8. Provide you valid residence for at least 3 months.
9. Provide the employer Non Objection Certificate.
10. Pay the fees and wait for the reply whether you are accepted or not.
