We would like to inform you that once your residence visa expires in the UAE, the sponsor must renew it for his sponsored within the visa renewal deadline to avoid any fines or legal consequences. According to the law, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs grants a 30-day grace period to stay legally in the UAE after the expiry of the residence visa.
