I want renewal my driving license

It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to provide that according to the Ministry of Interior, below are the conditions of getting driving license:
1- Age requirement.

2. Pass the leadership test conducted by the General Directorate of Traffic.
3. A non-Kuwaiti person must have a legal residence in the country two years old, a monthly salary of not less than 400 Kuwaiti Dinars and a university degree.
The decision specified some categories that are exempted from the conditions of residence, salary and university qualification, as follows:
1. who was brought to work as a leader of an automatic vehicle with companies, institutions and bodies.
2. Domestic labor.
3. Kuwaiti foreign wife.
4. Divorced Kuwaiti and foreign widow.
5. Kuwaiti couples and their foreign sons.
6. Imams of mosques.
7. Librarians working in the Ministry of Education.
8. Nursing bodies of nurses in government and private agencies.
9. Laboratory technicians and radiation in government agencies.
10. Athletic trainers working in sports federations, clubs, government bodies and professional players.
11. Housewives who have children provided that their husbands are among the categories authorized to hold a driver's license.
12. Students (provided they are enrolled in one of the universities or applied institutes inside Kuwait)
13. Delegates.
14. Technical workers working in oil companies.
15. Diplomatic bodies.
16. Non-nationals who carry security cards.
The categories excluded from the conditions of residence and salary stipulated in paragraph (d):
1. Judges, prosecutors, advisers and experts.
2. Doctors, pharmacists,
3. Faculty members in universities, applied institutes, and teachers and social workers.
4. Engineers, assistant engineers
5. Journalists and media.
