The following documents have to be attached when applying for the visa:
1. Air ticket
2. Hotel reservation in Italy - if not, a copy of the Italian resident who sent you the invitation
3. A copy of the ID card of the person in Italy and his / her residence.
4. Health insurance policy covers a full travel period with 33 thousand euros.
