The fine can't be removed until it has been paid or can be submitted to the General Directorate of Residence in order to
reduce its value by 50% according to the following conditions:
- Prohibiting a person for one year and preventing him from entering the UAE
- Payment of the fine after obtaining a reduction of 50%
