My wife got a pain on shoulder muscle parts . I tried so many hospital to find out the problem but I didn't able to find what happen ?? If she muscle pain then what are the treatment

Treatment of shoulder pain:
It depends on the cause, so treatment may include:
- Conservative management as rest, physiotherapy
- NSAID as cataflam 50 mg twice daily and muscle relaxant as relaxon twice daily
- Intraarticular injection as cortisone injection
- Surgery and arthroscope for tendon problems...etc
Causes of shoulder pain:
There are many possible causes of shoulder pain as:
- Muscle spasm in which pain increase with movement
- Tendon problems
- Cervical problems as disc and osteoarthritis...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of shoulder pain:
You have to visit an orthopedist for clinical examination and investigations as:
- Shoulder x-ray
- CT or MRI
- Cervical x-ray, or MRI
- Shoulder arthroscope...etc
