We would like to inform you that the deportation period for a person convicted in a criminal offense is 10 years. The deportation is from the Ministry of Interior and its length for those who have been absconding or committed any violation are five years. The deportation is done by passports department, in addition to taking the fingerprints then deport. You may submit an application for passports department or to the Minister of the Interior, or to file a complaint at the Ombudsman’s office against the Minister of the Interior to remove your name of the passports department, in order to deal with the period of deportation prescribed by law, until you enter the Kingdom in a legal manner.
