1. The expiry of the governmental contract of the employee.
2- The transfer shall be limited to another government contract with the same employer, if any, or a government contract with another employer, provided that the transfer shall be limited to the specialized technical workers specified by the governmental authority, the owner of the project
3. The employer shall be obliged to cancel the employment permits registered in the government contract which may not be transferred to leave the country at the end of the contract.
