We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Law the agreement is the only reference, so if you paid deposit to book a car and you signed on an agreement not to refund the money, then unfortunately you can refund unless the company violates the agreement on the delivery date.
The only way to get your money back is if you didn’t sign that agreement.
