Can I get money back

We would like to inform you that according to the Qatari law, if you are guarantor of a financial amount to another person, and there is deduction from the salary, the yes you can refund these deductible amounts, but if the debt amount is fully paid. As you can go to the court and after getting bank statement clarifies the deductions then file a case to claim for the money from that person.
