We would like to inform you that if you have debt and were banned from travel, then you can remove the ban in the below cases:

1. If any of the conditions that are necessary for the order to prevent travel have fallen.
2. If the creditor agrees in writing to drop the order.
3. If a sufficient bank guarantee or sufficient guarantee is provided by the judge.
4. If the Execution Department carries a sum of money equal to the debt and its attachments and is allocated to fulfill the right of the creditor whose order was issued at his request.
5. If the creditor does not submit to the Execution Department evidence indicating that the judicial claim for debt has been raised within seven days of the issuance of the injunction against travel.
6. If three years have elapsed since the final judgment in the debt claim issued, the travel ban has been issued for his application without the creditor having submitted it to the Execution Department requesting the execution of that judgment.
7. If three years have elapsed since the last correct procedure of executing the final judgment against the debt issued by the travel ban, the creditor shall not submit to the Execution Department a request to proceed with the execution of the decision.

 Article 297

The creditor may, at the time of the performance, even before the substantive action, request the director of the enforcement department or the General Assembly's General Assembly to instruct the court to issue an order to prevent the debtor from traveling and to estimate the debt temporarily if it is not a specific amount. A petition submitted by the person concerned to the Execution Department if there are serious reasons to believe that the debtor has failed to fulfill the debt despite being proved capable of fulfilling it. The orderner may make a brief investigation if the supporting documents do not cover him. The issuance of a travel ban shall not prejudice the authority of the administration to terminate the stay of the foreign debtor or his order to leave the country if that public interest is required. The order to prevent travel must be declared to the person against whom the order was issued within two weeks from the date of issue and the complaint shall be subject to the provisions stipulated in the third paragraph of Article 293. The Director of the Enforcement Department may approve the travel of the debtor because of his or her illness or any of his assets or branches of the first degree or his wife. This requires that the request be accompanied by a medical certificate from an official point of view indicating the need for treatment abroad and the possibility of treatment inside the country, that besides keeping the travel ban on.
