According to Bahraini Labor Law:
Article (106)
The worker may terminate the employment contract after notification to the employer in either of the following cases:

(2) Fraud of the employer or his representative on the worker in relation to the terms or conditions of the work, where the fraud was so serious that otherwise the contract was not concluded.
Before notice of termination of employment contract, the worker must request in writing the employer to remove the breach or fraud within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of submission of the application. If such period has elapsed without the worker responding to his application, , The right to terminate the employment contract. Article (101)
The worker shall have the right to compensation for the termination of the employment contract by the employer, unless the termination of the contract is due to a project.
The burden of establishing the legality of termination of the contract shall be borne by the employer.
