Regional nomination program for the province of Manitoba

The program requirements are as follows:

Similar to the Manitoba Pre-Assessment Model, people interested in business migration through the BCV Regional Registration Program must first register online, with registration forms listed as eligible candidates. The province invites the most qualified candidates to apply. It requires applicants to submit documents proving their net worth, their business experience, as well as the presentation of the plan of action and other necessary documents.
Once the application has been approved, applicants must sign the Doing Business Agreement, which allows them to apply for a work permit to enter Canada. Work permit gives applicants 20 months to implement the work plan in the province. The province requires the candidate to reside within 100 kilometers of the business, as well as to stay in the same province for a period of not less than 75% of the time from the date of obtaining a work permit.
