Dear Customer,
Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!
We would like to inform you that the first step in applying for a regional nomination program is to approve a request, or to be nominated by the county concerned. The application process is generally quick through local programs. Once the nomination is completed, the applicant must begin applying for Canadian permanent residency to the federal government, including medical examinations and security papers. Final approval is obtained from the Canadian Government. Some counties assist a candidate in obtaining a work permit until the federal government's application is processed to speed up immigration to the province.
Regional nomination program for the province of Manitoba
The program attracts investors who intend to live in the province, invest and operate businesses in Manitoba to stimulate the economy.
The program requirements are as follows:
• At least 60 collections in their evaluation form.
• Have 3 years of experience as an employer or senior management experience.
• Possessing a net worth of not less than C $ 350,000 acquired by legitimate methods.
• Present an actionable plan of action in Manitoba.
• Invest $ 150,000 in an existing or new business.
• A deposit of C $ 100,000, to be refunded by the applicant if the conditions of implementation of the work plan are met two years after arrival in Canada. Failure to implement the plan of action leads to the confiscation of the financial deposit, but the applicant retains its status as a Canadian immigrant.
Individuals interested in this program should submit the initial evaluation form as a first step through the Manitoba online system. The initial evaluation model is not a request and does not require supporting documentation or fees, but rather a means for the province to assess the eligibility of the individual for the program and to facilitate the selection process for the most qualified candidates with the highest scores. Individuals who are selected are invited to apply for an immigration application, which requires a full application for nomination. It is essential that the information in the application be consistent with the information provided by the applicant in the preliminary assessment form.
The application requires proof that the applicant has extensive business experience, wealth required, as well as proof of intention to carry out the business as listed in the business plan. If the application is approved, applicants must sign the deposit agreement and transfer CAD $ 100,000 to the province, which will be refunded if the terms of the agreement are met. Once candidates have been nominated, they must apply for permanent residence through the Canadian Government. If approved, the applicant will be able to migrate to Manitoba to implement the plan of action. Candidates are then given two years from the date of their arrival in Manitoba to meet the requirements of the Convention. Otherwise, the Government of Manitoba reserves the right to retain the deposit
Although there is no need to make a reconnaissance visit, it is highly recommended. It will provide additional points in the province's evaluation model and will help establish important business relationships and collect other information that is appropriate for the business.
The Manitoba Regional Nomination Program does not require applicants to apply for a work visa before the permanent residency application is approved. The two-year deadline for the agreement is to begin to reach Manitoba with a permanent residence permit.
Regional Nomination Program for the District of British Columbia
The BCB Regional Candidate Program allows employers to obtain permanent residence by establishing businesses that are economically viable for the province.
The program requirements are as follows:
• Possessing a net worth of not less than 600,000 Canadian dollars acquired by legitimate roads.
• Have relevant business management experience.
• Establish a new business or improve an existing business by investing at least CAD 200,000.
• A business must create at least one full-time job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
Similar to the Manitoba Pre-Assessment Model, people interested in business migration through the BCV Regional Registration Program must first register online, with registration forms listed as eligible candidates. The province invites the most qualified candidates to apply. It requires applicants to submit documents proving their net worth, their business experience, as well as the presentation of the plan of action and other necessary documents.
Once the application has been approved, applicants must sign the Doing Business Agreement, which allows them to apply for a work permit to enter Canada. Work permit gives applicants 20 months to implement the work plan in the province. The province requires the candidate to reside within 100 kilometers of the business, as well as to stay in the same province for a period of not less than 75% of the time from the date of obtaining a work permit. If the terms of the Labor Agreement are met 20 months after arrival in the province, applicants are referred to Canada. Applicants can apply for permanent residence in Canada after receiving a nomination from the district.
Notice:
Regional candidacy programs are an excellent alternative to federal immigration programs for immigration to Canada. As soon as permanent residence is acquired in Canada, individuals can enjoy all privileges granted to Canadian citizens, except for voting. Canadian citizenship can be obtained after residence condition is met.
