Hi my computer screen turns to blue when i start...

Dear customer

Please follow these steps
First change the RAM on your computer
Remove the back cover of the device and replace the RAM parts

Now reinstall Windows if the problem persists, (The explanation will be on how to install windows 7)
Put the Windows CD in the drive and then restart the machine with repeated pressure on the F12 until you see the boot screen Choose the boot from the CD

Press any button on the keyboard

Click Install now

Select the language and click Next

Choose custom

Select the barcode 1, click format, select the barcode number 2, press format, and then click Next at the bottom of the screen.
Note: (You may have more than 3 Please form Format for 1 and 2 only if data is important to other Lenders because everything will be deleted)

Click next to I accept until a valid tag appears and click Next

Wait for Windows to finish installing

Type a name for the user, press Next, and wait for the setup to finish

Press the first option Use recommended settings

Continue until the device opens and the Windows background appears
