1. have a rountine check in OBGYN clinic
2. have prenatal tests during your holiday at home or when you back to UAE if your primary tests ( number 1 suggestion ) we ok 
What is the primary tests :
1. blood test 
2. urine test 
3. liver function test 
4. ultrasound test 
5. fetal heart beat check 
General advices :
1. Stick to our advice and later to your doctor advices and any medications courses 
2. have a healthy diet 
3. avoid smoking and alcohol 
4. avoid taking any medication without doctor consultation
5. have plenty of rest
