We would like to inform you that the marriage is conducted at the Foreign Marriage Office and is based in the Ministry of Justice Building - lazoghly square - Cairo. The age difference between spouses should be appropriate and presumed to be no more than 25 years.

- Required Documents
1- A certificate of no objection by the embassy of the foreign party (and may be brought by his country and are translated and authenticated by the Egyptian embassy in his country and by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs). This certificate states that the government does not object to this marriage and mentions the marital status (or divorce certificate or Death).
2 - Certificate or proof of religion (where it is not permissible for Muslim wife to marry a non - Muslim).

3 - Residence attached to the passport, which the foreign husband should have a residence other than the purpose for tourism.

4 - Personal photos of each of the spouses.
5- Two copies of all personal papers and proofs.
6- Two witnesses.
7 - A certificate from the country of the foreigner or to his country's embassy that includes data on the date and place of his birth, religion, occupation, country of residence and marital status, in terms of precedence of marriage, number of wives and children, and on the condition that each of the two certificates is certified by the competent Egyptian authorities.
