We would like to inform you that f you terminate the fixed-term employment contract, you are obliged to compensate the employer for the equivalent of the remaining period of the contract if the contract is fixed-term. In all cases, the compensation referred to shall not be less than two months' wages.

Article 77

If the contract does not include specific amount of the compensation due to the termination either  parties for a legitimate reason, the damaged  party may terminate the contract as follows: 1. Fifteen days for each year of service of the worker if the contract is not fixed. 2 - The remaining period of the contract if the contract is fixed term. 3. Compensation referred to in paragraphs (1) and (2) of this Article shall not be less than two months' wages.
