I was in kuwait on visa 20 2 year ago. And i met a man who told me he is mandoob and he will give me visa 18 and asked me 1500 kd so after one year i can transfer my iqaama in any other company so i gave him 1500kd and came to Kuwait from india on 18 no.I'm on visa 18 now that was given to me by a indian man FOROZ CHAKIWALA who lives in Kuwait and said he is a mandoob but now i found out he isn't a mandoob and he is a fraud. before one month of my eqaama expiration i called him for release and transfer my eqaama in other company. But he said the law of Kuwait changed and i can't transfer my eqaama anywhere before 3 years and asked me to pay for eqaama. And if i don't pay for it i can have trouble. So he asked me 500kd for these eqama for 1 year and asked 250kd in advance. I gave him 250kd and my passport in February because i had no other options . Then he said all company is burned now and i have to wait for some days for make eqaama. And put tandeep of passport for 3 months but now it's expired. Since February he is just giving me excuses. It's been 5 months and I'm not having any update from him about my eqaama. I'm just having excuses from him everyday i call him.
