- Application form for the accommodation prepared for this location of the sponsor.
- Number of (2) personal background blue background measuring 6x4.
- Valid signature and a copy of the signature.
- The original passport of the sponsored person.
- Work permit issued by the General Authority for Manpower. (Or from the reality of the computer).
- Certificate of health insurance.
- The prescribed fees.
- The personal image form, and be sure to paste the image with adhesive (gum)
- Copy of the identity of the delegate.
