I’m staying in Dubai since last almost 13 years and my child’s finished their education in Dubai. We are applying for visa in Spanish consulate and they asked for affidavit from parents to support child financially during education signed before a local authority declaring their commitment. My question is that from where I have to get this document and which ministry or institution would attest and prepare this document for me. Thanks.

It is related to the present a financial statement, which is obtained from the bank and to indicate the existence of the balance in it and at least not less than $ 5000 to $ 10,000 thousand to ensure the existence of funds for the education of the son outside the borders of the state.
