Hello I rented an appartment with no any papers or...
Hello I rented an appartment with no any papers or subletting by the subletting person becaouse I told her in the begging I can’t afford 3000 for the contract so she agreed to do pay but never did and told me to pay the rent directly to her and so I did but I didn’t stay in the Appartment more than 2 weeks and landlord doesn’t know because she was my friend I also payed her 2 months which I didn’t stay and agreement orally was 3 months for me to stay but I can’t stay because landlord told me not to what can I do ?

It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that according to the Kuwait Rent Law and without documents proving the rent and the fact that the law stipulated that the lease contract be registered with the real estate developer and that is not available, it is possible to prevent to pay any amounts related to rent because there is no legal right

Please note that this agreement happened in the states not in kuwait
