I want to know about my issue in lmra
Beacuse I change my job nd my new sponsor she say me she apply for me visa but she don't apply then the lmra the come to check but I don't know I don't have visa the take pic nd take my cpr number nd put offence in the system now I can't apply the visa then I hire the lowyer the get the paper for me from the judge but the lmra the don't accept this paper I am suffering these thing for 3 years almost pls help me to solve this issue?

We would like to inform you that if you change the employer and the procedures for transferring sponsorship are not done according with the Labor Market Regulatory Authority and in the event of expiry or cancelation the work permit, you have
30 days from the date of cancellation or expiry of the permit in order to obtain a new work permit by the new employer.
Otherwise, the worker shall leave Bahrain first before the new employer begins to apply for a new work permit for the worker
If there is an indictment against you for that reason, you must hire a lawyer to review the case and determine your position and present your defense
